Inspired by the sensuality of the Orient, Jesus Del Pozo's Dark Saffron Night (Sarrasins dans la Nuit) is a mysterious scent that blends cardamom, saffron and nutmeg with rose, guaiac wood and amber. The fragrance is then deepened with castoreum, oud wood and leather to create an intense yet elegant oriental scent.

Jesus del Pozo was a Spanish fashion designer born in Madrid in 1946. The Spanish brand is best known for its ready to wear fashion line and perfumes. Del Pozo has been showcasing the newest fashion trends such as Spanish-cultured design and glamour since 1969, when he established his first fashion house.

In 1975, Del Pozo was one of the first designers to present a men's ready to wear line. In 1984, he launched his first perfume for women called ''Sylvie'', followed by a men's cologne the following year. His lines have been extremely successful at both ends of the business spectrum from haute couture to sportswear but his greatest moment came in 1996 when a classic polo shirt collection was a runaway success, and could be found in high street stores throughout Europe and North America.
