How To Use:

• First fill in brow contour: Using the pencils slim tip, draw small, hair-like strokes in an upward motion along the brow contour,
• Then Blend and Set Hair: If your eyebrow pencil has a spoolie or brush attachment, use it to groom hairs upward and outward to blend in color and set brows,
• Eyebrows on fleek.
