Legend Spirit by Mont Blanc for Men
- Concentration: Eau de Toilette
- Size: 100 ml
Montblanc announces Legend Spirit for 2016 as a new version of the original Legend from 2011. The original fragrance symbolizes timeless elegance and classicism, and the new edition is announced as the ultimate timeless and cool scent. Its aromatic – woody composition begins with a vibrant and refreshing blend of bergamot, pink pepper and grapefruit. A cool aquatic accord rules the heart which is mixed with aromatic tones of lavender and cardamom. Put the fragrance of the timeless luxury of Porcelain on your skin with Eau de Toilette. It is intensified by the warmth of your own body. Apply in the creases of your skin and neck for a longer-lasting, stronger scent. After applying, avoid rubbing or dabbing skin. This breaks down the fragrance, causing it to wear off more quickly. If you prefer placing fragrance on your wrists, be sure to reapply after frequent hand-washing, as this tends to rinse off the scent.

About Mont Blanc:
The Mont Blanc, a German company known for its fine writing instruments and luxury goods, was founded in 1908 by stationer Claus-Johannes Voss, banker Alfred Nehemias and engineer August Eberstein. A pen produced in 1910 would later give the company its new name.
The Mont Blanc company's signature "White Star" shape which adorns its products first appeared in 1913, and was inspired by the peak of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in the Alps. The company's first fountain pen (Montblanc Meisterstück Fountain Pens) gained notoriety for the brand was a fountain pen) known as the Meisterstück ("Masterpiece"), first produced in 1924 and still manufactured today. The success of the Meisterstück fountain pen allowed for international expansion and export of the company's goods.
The figure "4810" (the height of Mont Blanc) was engraved on the nibs of all Meisterstück pens starting in 1929. In 1934 the company changed its name to Montblanc-Simplo GmbH, and introduced its first piston pen filler. By 1935, the company had expanded its offering to include leather goods such as pen pouches, notebooks and writing cases to accompany its pens. The company's manufacturing facilities were destroyed during World War II but were re-built, with production continuing in Denmark while construction took place.
