The nose behind this fragrance is Sonia Constant. Top notes are Violet Leaf, Cedar, and Juniper Berries; middle notes are Jasmine Sambac, Orris, and Rose Centifolia; base notes are Linum Absolute, Bourbon Tonka Bean, Sandalwood Oil, Patchouli Oil, Mexcian Vetiver Oil, Smokey Accord, Coffee Oil, Tobacco Absolute, Guaiac Wood Oil, Leather Notes and Cistus Incanus. The Tom Ford fragrance is intensified by warmth of your own body. Apply in the creases of your skin and neck for a stronger scent. After applying, avoid rubbing or dabbing skin since this breaks down the fragrance causing it to wear off more quickly. If you prefer placing fragrance on your wrists, be sure to reapply after frequent hand-washing because this tends to rinse off the scent.

About Tom ford:

Tom Ford is an American fashion designer and film director. He initially trained as an architect at Parsons School of Design, before spending a year abroad working for fashion house Chloe. He returned to the United States with a feel for the fashion industry.

Tom Ford based his look on black suits and monochromatic outfits. Ford concealed his architecture background and displayed considerable personal charm in his pursuit of a job in the fashion industry. His first position was with American designer Cathy Hardwick. He accepted a position with Perry Ellis, but knew better prospects were available in Europe. Prestigious Italian fashion house Guerciotti was struggling at the time, and Ford accepted a position in Guercotti's women's Ready-to-Wear division in 1990. Ford achieved considerable success at Guercotti, eventually heading up multiple divisions before being named Creative Director in 1992.
