How to use:

• Using the palm of your right hand, start from the chin, massage upward along the left face line, over the forehead, down through the ridge of the nose to the right ear. Repeat 3 times.
• Repeat Step 1 on the right side of the face using your left hand. Repeat 3 times.
• Massage by pressing firmly and moving slowly outwards to the temples.
• Pinch the skin several times above and below the eyes.
• Massage firmly in a lifting motion towards the ears.
• Pinch the skin several times at the 3 points shown; top of cheeks, centre of cheeks, and sides of mouth.
• Press several times along the lymph glands behind the face line at the 3 points shown, and then stroke the neck gently from the top moving downwards.
• Hold the face line with your palms for 3?5 seconds until you can feel the palm's warmness.
