    Defining eyebrows has never been this simple. The Revlon Brow Fantasy Defining Pencil will let you make the beautiful brows you want in a simple way. The pencil, with naturally soft and blendable color, fills in and defines. The Revlon Brow Fantasy eyebrow pencil on one end is soft, so the color blends into your eyebrows seamlessly. The gel on the other is tinted just enough for the sheer color to enhance and set your brows in the most natural way. Ophthalmologist-tested and safe for contact lens wearers.

     

    How To Use:

    • Glide on the Revlon Brow Fantasy brush and tint in one motion. Fill in sparse spots with the brow pencil end of the tool.
    • Sketch using short, light strokes, following the natural direction of your brow hair growth.
    • Next, brush through your eyebrows, moving upward and outward, and let it set for a natural finish.
