Prudence Paris is a French niche perfumery. Family-owned and operated, the house was founded by Prudence Kilgour in 2005. Kilgour developed her interest in fragrance after spending time behind the perfume counter of legendary London department store Harrods' perfumery. Her experience at this shop shaped her philosophy that perfume should last all day long -- without having to reapply it constantly. This compelled Kilgour to create fragrances that deliver seductively consistent smells every time.

Prudence Paris was born from a passion for travel and a quest for beauty. The perfumer of the house Prudence Kilgour draws her inspiration from emotions, encounters, sentiments, memories and sensations. The result is jewelry fragrances revisited with fresh, modern interpretations. Prudence creates her scents in Paris where she lives with her two daughters.
