How to put contact lenses on?
Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water, and dry them with a clean towel.
Open the contact lens case and remove the lens.
Place the lens on the tip of your index finger.
Use your other hand to hold your upper eyelid open.
Pull down your lower eyelid with your middle or ring finger.
Place the lens on your eye.
Gently release your eyelids and blink a few times to help the lens settle into place.
Repeat the same steps for the other eye.

Tips:
Always use the prescribed cleaning and disinfecting solution for your contact lenses.
Make sure your contact lenses are not inside-out. To check, hold the lens up to your eye and look at it from the side. If the edges flare out, it's inside-out.
Don't wear your contact lenses longer than the recommended time. Replace them as directed by your eye care professional.
Avoid swimming, showering or hot tubbing with your contacts in.
If you experience any discomfort, redness or blurry vision, remove your contact lenses and contact your eye care professional immediately.
