How To Use Your Contact Lenses:

• Wash your hands with soap and dry them. Open your contact lens case or package. Always keep the other eye closed so you won’t mix up right and left contact lenses.
• Start by placing one lens in the palm of your clean hand. Twist your hand slightly so that the lens is resting between your index finger and thumb, with the edge facing you. Use your fingertips, not nails, to slide the lens into the palm of your other hand that you don’t write with. Rinse the lens with contact solution.
• Remember, check that the lens isn’t damaged and make sure it’s right side up. The edge of the lens should form a bowl. If it’s inside out, carefully flips it.
• Hold your upper eyelid open with your pointer or middle finger of your non-dominant hand. Hold your lower eyelid with the middle or ring finger of your dominant hand. Breathe naturally and align the lens with your eye. Don't wipe the contact on anything. This can cause damage to the lens. Gently place it on its insertion side into the center of your eyeball over your pupil.
• Loroyal contact lenses will fit great in your eyes. Close your eyes slowly and let the lens settle into place. The lens should feel comfortable, and you should see clearly. If not, take it out, rinse it with the solution, and try again.
• Do it with your other eye.

• To keep your contact lens case clean, rinse it with sterile contact lens solution (not tap water). Then air-dry the case by leaving it open.
