The nose behind this fragrance is Christian Provenzano.The Ardent EDP was created in collaboration with Boadicea the Victorious, Cartier's in-house perfumer. The name Ardent comes from the French word for fiery, inspired by the rose oil that gives it its fiery character. Cartier's in-house perfumer has designed the Ardent EDP for modern women who are daring and adventurous, ready to take on all passions whether professional or personal. With its vibrant color, ardour (French for passion) is at the heart of this new fragrance. This passionate trail starts with saffron which gives it its fiery opening.

Inspired by Queen Boadicea's legendary resistance against the occupation of England by the Romans, Ardent EDP by Boadicea The Victorious is a deep, sensual fragrance that will leave a scent trail in your wake. Opening with rich Indian saffron and the fresh, floral scent of Turkish rose, this fragrance takes on a deeper tone as it travels to the heart. Notes of rose petals mingle with an intoxicating blend of patchouli, musk and amber to create a subtle yet magnetic counterpoint to the opening. Base notes of Indian sandalwood and Bourbon vanilla.

About The Brand:

Our first collection of perfumes is inspired by Boadicea, the warrior queen of the ancient Briton Celts. Born in the 3rd century BC in the midst of Celtic Britain, she grew up in a time when her people lived free and were proud and strong. She fought relentlessly to preserve that freedom and died an historic death in 61 BC undefeated and undefeated. What makes our perfumes so different? We don't use any synthetic ingredients in our creations. Our fragrance oils are natural, precious oils from all over the world, hand blended in small batches to ensure quality.
