How To Use:

1. Bio-Oil Natural Skincare Oil should be massaged in a circular motion on the face or body until fully absorbed.
2. It is recommended that Bio-Oil Natural Skincare Oil be applied twice daily, for a minimum of three months.
3. To help prevent the formation of pregnancy stretch marks it is recommended that Bio-Oil Natural Skincare Oil be applied to these areas twice a day, from the start of the first trimester until after birth.
   For maximum absorption, Bio-Oil Natural Skincare Oil should be applied to cleansed skin.
4. Mixing Bio-Oil Natural Skincare Oil with other products to make it go further may negatively affect its efficacy.
5. If applying a moisturizer, sun protection lotion or other face cream only do so once Bio-Oil Natural Skincare Oil has been completely absorbed into the skin.
6. For all over body use, apply Bio-Oil Natural Skincare Oil after showering or bathing.
