Flora By Gucci Eau Fraiche by Gucci for Women
- Concentration: Eau de Toilette
- Size: 75 ml
Gucci presents the new spring version of this perfume called Eau Fraiche by Gucci in 2011. Eau Fraiche by Gucci is a floral-fruity aromatic homage to youthful optimism and fun romance. Even younger, more airy, vivid, sparkling, and fresher than the original, the new fragrance is enriched with additional aromas of citruses in the top notes and aquatic and green nuances in the heart. The base remains unchanged. The composition begins with mandarin, bergamot, kumquat, lemon, and peony. The heart is made of rose petals and osmanthus with green and aquatic additions, laid on the base of sandalwood, patchouli, and pink pepper. The 70s style bottle of geometric hexagon shape, topped with a white stopper and black bow on its neck, transmits light bluish-green shades of the perfume’s liquid. Abbey Lee Kershaw is again an advertising face for Gucci fragrances. Eau de Toilette in 50 ml and 75 ml bottles are available.

The House of Gucci was founded by Guccio Gucci in 1921. Inspired by the beautiful luggage he had seen travelers carrying while working at the Savoy Hotel in London, Gucci returned to Florence with a goal of combining the refined elegance of the wealthy travelers he observed with the fine craftsmanship of Florentine artisans and exquisite design details.
Gucci is a high-end brand that specializes in fine leather goods. Their equestrian-themed quality leather goods were in high demand, and when leather was scarce during World War II, Gucci's innovative use of hemp, linen, and jute expanded the brand's aesthetic. Guccio Gucci passed in 1953 but his sons and grandson oversaw the successful expansion of the company into a luxury goods manufacturer known around the world. The company's signature "double G" logo was adopted in the 1960s.
The company's first fragrance, Gucci No. 1 for women, was introduced in 1974. A series of fragrances for men and women have since been launched, including Gucci 3 and L'Arte di Gucci. Tom Ford served as the company's creator director in mid-90s through the early 21st century. Creative director Frida Giannini took over for Ford and since 2015, Alessandro Michele has been at the helm.
