Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange an item bought online, please contact our support team +965 5053 7079 or by  E-mail: hello@klinq.com. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days or as per local law. Provided the item is in unaltered condition, in original packaging, and with tags intact. Proof of purchase is required.

Received Incorrect or Damaged Items?

In the event that your order contains damaged or incorrect items, please contact Klinq immediately +965 5053 7079 or by  E-mail: hello@klinq.com. We aim to address such issues swiftly. 

Our Refund Policy

For canceled or returned orders, refunds are processed using your original payment method. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund.

Returning an Item

We strive for your complete satisfaction with our products. However, items to be returned within 14 days of purchase and some items are to be returned within 24 hours or as per local law. Please note, returns are not accepted for opened products unless they are damaged in transit and are in original packaging.
