The new Quatre Absolu de Nuit EDP by Boucheron is an extravagant floral-chic scent that will seduce anyone with its enveloping, warm heart; the light touch of vanilla grabs your attention before the olfactory embrace. It was created in 2017 by Boucheron perfumer Nathalie Garcia-Cetto. The latest edition of Quatre's signature scent is part of the 'Nuit' series, which has included the original, intense and more recent 'Ombre' flanker.

Aquatic notes greet you straight away, supported by the heady power of bitter almond. To enliven things, there are pink pepper and bergamot followed by tonka bean to mellow out the other top notes, while pear joins jasmine in the heart for a sensual floral heart. Base notes are all about the patchouli, vanilla and sandalwood so beloved of Boucheron.

The Absolu de Nuit concentrates the entire energy of the day to its heart. Sweet, spicy and fresh, it is a voluptuous fragrance which was created for 'nocturnal' women. It has the full-blown power of a fruity floral because it starts off with a cocktail. Then, an abundance of creamy vetiver creates its texture. The skin is enveloped with creamy musk that gives way to a sweet gourmand scent. The Nuit EDP bottle is designed as a glass decanter with a marble top and two gold-plated perfume applicators.
