If you like fragrances by the house of Lalique, you will be delighted with a new edition for women created in honor of the 150th anniversary of the birth of Rene Lalique. Crystal flowers are delightfully feminine, making them an ideal choice for day or evening wear when worn with the matching body lotions and bath gels available in both regular and travel sizes. Lalique Crystal flower leaves a sense of refinement and innocence. Femininity is emphasized with fragrance in which citruses, floral petals exchange and rest on a base of wood and resins. Olfactory sensation is completed through fresh blends of cashmeran in a base that adds the final stamp of sensuality. Top notes of Fleur de Cristal open with sharp and light aroma of bergamot and jasmine. A heart adds Stephanotis and lily of the valley petals, while a warm and sensual trail awaits us at the base (amber, sandalwood, cashmeran). About Lalique:

Lalique is a French glasswear design house founded by artist, master ceramist and jeweler Rene Lalique. Born in the small village of Ay in 1860, and raised in both Paris and Ay, Rene developed a fascination with the natural world which would fully express itself in later glass works. In Paris he trained as an enamelist at jewelry design houses where he had the opportunity to study art glass. He began his own workshop/studio near Paris in 1896, but his production was soon limited by his lack of experience working with glass. In 1900, he went to work for a crystal glass manufacturer to gain that experience. By 1904 he had developed a process where he could embed colors into glass. At age 46, He returned to England and worked as a freelance artist, while also designing jewelry for esteemed house such as Cartier and Boucheron, before embarking on his own business in 1885. Lalique made jewelry with nature-inspired pieces that depicted animals and the female form.
