Jean Paul Gaultier reinvents Le Male and Classique in cooperation with Puig, turning them into ‘Belle Parfumerie’ creations with a new touch of sophistication. The scents include new compositions in Eau de Parfum concentration, offered in new bottles still in the shape of the male and female torso. Universal Fragrance Jean Paul Gaultier Le Male Essence de Parfum opens with a delicate note of cardamom, which along with citruses leads to the heart of lavender and leather, all the way to the base of precious woods and costus root. The faceted bottle shows broader shoulders and more narrow hips than the original. The creation is signed by perfumer Quentin Bisch. Jean Paul Gaultier fragrance intensifies as your body heat warms the fragrance. Apply in the creases of your skin and neck for a longer-lasting, stronger scent. After applying, avoid rubbing or dabbing skin. This breaks down the fragrance, causing it to wear off more quickly. If you prefer placing fragrance on your wrists, be sure to reapply after frequent hand-washing, as this tends to rinse off the scent.

About Jean Paul Gaultier:

Jean Paul Gaultier, French fashion designer, started his career by sending his sketches to famous couture designers of the day. Pierre Cardin and Jean Patou are among the designers who recognized his talent and helped him get started in the business. Known as the enfant terrible of fashion, JPG has designed skirts for men in the 80s and fashions that included cone bras for Madonna. The first perfume of the Gaultier house was launched in 1993. It was famous Jean Paul Gaultier EDP for women, whose name was subsequently changed to Classique. Classique was followed by Le Male in 1995, and Fragile in 1999. All of them were known for their peculiar packaging and unusual compositions. Limited edition flankers have been released for many of the fragrances, featuring new "fashions" for the bottles. Designer Jean Paul Gaultier has 136 perfumes in our fragrance base. The earliest edition was created in 1993 and the newest is from 2021. Jean Paul Gaultier fragrances were made in collaboration with perfumers Francis Kurkdjian, Jacques Cavallier, Daphne Bugey, Fabrice Pellegrin, Steve DeMercado, Quentin Bisch, Sonia Constant, Olivier Cresp, Annick Menardo, Nathalie Gracia-Cetto, Christophe Raynaud, Aurelien Guichard and Hamid Merati-Kashani.
